This page is for other women in Scrooge's life that I don't know much about. If anyone can add information, please feel free to e-mail me! :-)
Informant: Ignazio L. Story: "Zio Paperone e la guerra di cuori" ("Uncle Scrooge and the War of Hearts") Publication: "Topolino" #1049 and #1050, 4th and 11th January 1976. Country: Italy Summary: Scrooge falls in love with a young movie-star and is ready to marry her, but Brigitta prevents the wedding by revealing that the would-be bride is really a rather old actress, who had already managed to seduce Scrooge (aiming only at his money) many years earlier. The story also implies that Brigitta and Scrooge had been involved with each other when they were very young.
Informant: Ignazio L. Story: Title unknown Publication: "It was an Italian story of more than 20 years ago; the only thing I can tell you is that it was republished in "I grandi classici Disney" #2 (around 1981)." Country: Italy Summary: Scrooge once fell in love with a female relative of the Beagle Boys who was disguised as a businesswoman. His comment was, more or less: "What a girl! Everything in her says dollar!"
Informants: Julia; Ragnhild O. Story: "Den Sista Diligensen" (translates as "The Last Stage-Coach") Publication: A Swedish magazine, #19, 1997 Country: Sweden Summary: Reportedly drawn by Marco Rota. Scrooge is on a stage-coach from Tucson. On the way, a young girl and her little brother stop the stage-coach, but they don`t have enough money for tickets. Scrooge pays for the tickets and that evening he buys a dinner for the girl, her brother, and their grandparents. (Any time Scrooge buys things for others, he must be smitten!)
Informant: Roberto N. Story & Publication: I TL 1049-C (04-01-1976) Summary: All I know is the lady's name is "Oketta Okay."
Informant: Lasse K. Story: "Onkel Joakims nye kærlighed" ("Uncle Scrooge's New Love") Publication: Onkel Joakim No 1/1991 Country: Denmark Summary: "Ms. Traul reminds me of a lady Scrooge McDuck met in an earlier copy of "Onkel Joakim." The few facts about Ms. Traul make her look like the same lady in the story . The lady in the story is called Minna van Krone (Krone is the Danish currency)."
Informant: Roberto N. Story:
I TL 1105-B (30-01-1977) Country: Italy Summary: All I know is, her
name is "Miss Bass."
This probably isn't meant to be an actual character involved with Scrooge, but I liked the look of the lady duck in the painting on this stamp:
