The most skilled ambassador in the Empire, Abarok's philosophy in life is to find humor whenever possible.  Despite his tendency to rarely take anything very seriously, he's a reknowned negotiator, and when trouble between the Lanarian Empire and the Vincaran Federation arises he's the first person Empress Vazali calls.

Abarok grew up next door to Zadie, and the two are inseperable.  They've been friends so long they can practically read each other's minds.

Although reasonably fit, Abarok's not the most athletic person in the world, so he perfers more academic pursuits.  He won several trophies as a champion debater back in school.  Zadie teases him, saying that if he spent more time exercising with her instead of sitting around in the library eating cheese doodles, he wouldn't have to complain so loudly when the elevator is out of order.   They never waste an opportunity to poke fun at each other, but wouldn't hesitate to come to the defense of their best friend.
