Hazervia, the Empress' executive secretary, has virtually no sense of humor, and resents any interruptions that might set her schedule off-kilter.   Yet she keeps track of the Empress' myriad of appointments and prevents unwanted visitors from bothering her when she's trying to work.  (Unfortunately, in the process she often turns away wanted visitors!)  She and Bronzar are often in conflict.

She's in her late 30s and unmarried.
