Zelda is the receptionist at the Heavenly Haven Orphanage, a run-down establishment overcrowded with orphans and foundlings.   However, she's nearly oblivious to the gloomy working conditions.  In fact, Zelda isn't the type to do any deep thinking beyond what shade of eyeshadow to wear.

She's usually found with her feet up on her desk, reading a trashy romance novel.  She's rather scatterbrained and ditzy, and wears far too much makeup.

Zelda is in her early twenties.
